Registration

There is no registration or registration fee, but everyone will have to be responsible for their own food and lodging costs.

Accommodation

We have arranged a block of rooms for Nov. 16-23, 2003 at the Windmill Inn. Cost is approximately $60* per night.

Please identify yourself as an attendee of the GCTE meeting to obtain this special rate when you reserve your room.

The meeting room at the USDA station is within walking distance of the hotel, so cars are optional. You can take a cab to the hotel from the Tucson airport.

*Cost will be the US Government per diem rate, which is currently $58 per night. This could go up slightly next year, since the government adjusts annually, but it is not likely to be much if any.
